Sour Cream Scones
Try this fool-proof scone recipe is made with our delicious sour cream
Ingredients:

1 cup Maleny Dairies Sour Cream
-
1 cup cold water
-
4 cups self-raising flour
-
Pinch salt and sugar
-
Maleny Dairies Milk to coat
-
Jam of your choice
-
Maleny Dairies Pure Cream

Method:

Preheat the oven to 180C.

In a bowl, combine sour cream, water, flour, and salt using a butter knife.

Place mix onto a lightly floured surface and kneed together.

Using a rolling pin, roll out to a thickness of 2cm.

Cut the scones into circles using a 5cm diameter cutter.

Place the scones on a lined baking tray and coat with Maleny Dairies milk.

Bake in the oven for up to 15 minutes.

Serve with jam and Maleny Dairies cream.
