Keto Ice Cream

With no sugar and only 6g carbs, here's to Ice Cream!

Ingredients

  • 600ml Maleny Dairies Cream 

  • 150ml Maleny Dairies Full Cream Milk

  • 1 ½ Tbsp Vegetable Glycerin

  • ½ Cup Xylitol ( Sweetener )

  • 1 ½ tsp Vanilla Extract

  • Pinch of Salt

Equipment:

Ice Cream Maker, Medium size bowl, and Electric Mixer.

Method:

  1. Place all ingrediants into a bowl.

  2. Mix on medium speed for 2 – 3 Minutes.

  3. Let sit in refridgerator for about an hour ( for flavours to absorb ).

  4. For vanilla just let sit for half hour on bench.

  5. Pour into ice cream maker bowl that has been frozen, for 24 hours.

  6. Churn for 20 – 25 minutes, and transfer mix to a container.

  7. Put in freezer overnight.

  8. ENJOY!
