Easy Custard Tart
This classic baked custard tart recipe is a family favourite!
Ingredients

200g Maleny Dairies Custard
-
2 eggs
-
12 sweet pastry tart cases - frozen
-
1 tsp nutmeg

Method

Preheat oven to 160 degree's

Using a whisk, mix the eggs and custard together. Divide the mixture between the tart cases evenly. Sprinkle with nutmeg.

Optional: glaze the top with caramel.

Bake until set or for 10-15 minutes.
